Bee Pollen is considered a superfood because it contains all the nutrients needed for life.  Nature's richest source of protein, amino acids, vitamins, minerals, catalytic enzymes or co-enzymes, fatty acids and carbohydrates.  Bee pollen is extremely rich in carotenes.  A popular supplement for athletes and sports enthusiasts around the world.

Pollen carries the male spores of flowers. It is fine, powdery and sticky. Pollen comes in many colours. The bees gather it from flowers, carry it in their pollen baskets and store it in combs in the hive for food. Pollen is the colony’s only source of protein, as honeybees require incredible amounts of energy to fly on the average at 15 miles per hour and between as many as 1,200 flowers in one flight from the hive.
